Moynahan congratulates Brady, Gisele

Bridget Moynahan has congratulated ex-boyfriend Tom Brady on the birth of his child with wife Gisele Bundchen.

The Sum Of All Fears actress, who has a 2-year-old son from her relationship with Brady, told People that she is happy for the new parents.

"I wish [Tom and Gisele] the best with their baby. I'm sure my son will enjoy having a half-sibling. I ask the press to respect our privacy while we are welcoming this new addition to our extended family," she said.

Bundchen delivered a baby boy on Tuesday night but no further details have been released yet.

The supermodel tied the knot with New England Patriots star Brady in February.
