The poll, which was carried out to celebrate the eighth Brylcreem National Men's Hair Week, took votes from 3,000 Brits to find out who has the best and worst hairstyles.
Also featured in the top ten were actor Robert Pattinson, racing driver Jenson Button, TV presenter Declan Donnelly, Take That singer Mark Owen and musician Robbie Williams.
Simon Cowell won the 'Worst Celebrity Hair' of 2009 award, followed by comedian Russell Brand, Prime Minister Gordon Brown, X Factor judge Louis Walsh and tennis player Andy Murray.
