Kate Hudson: 'I had a really fun summer'

During a recent appearance on Late Night with David Letterman to promote her musical Nine, the actress giggled and gave short answers when asked about her baseball star boyfriend, Us Weekly reports.
The 30-year-old said: "Yeah, he's a friend of mine. Nice guy.
"Yeah, he's a nice guy. You just can't help yourself! You just can't! I knew it was going to come at some point!"
Hudson finally admitted that watching Rodriguez play made for "a really fun summer" and that the New York Yankees's victory in the World Series "was awesome".
Nine is to be released in the UK on December 18 and in the US on December 25.
