Hecklers reduce Ashlee to tears

Mischievous shoppers reduced Ashlee Simpson to tears during a recent clothes store visit, the National Enquirer reports this week.

The 'Pieces of Me' singer was apparently out shopping with two friends at a Melrose Avenue boutique when the hecklers struck.

Simpson stood "paralysed" as the gaggle of female teens hurled insults such as "you're a faker!" and "you have no talent, Ashlee... and you're not as pretty as your sister!"

As her female buddies escorted her from the store, a teary Ashlee was heard to remark: "I don't know if I can take much more of this... it sucks... it really sucks."
