Simpson, Corgan 'taking things slowly'

29-year-old Simpson, who was first romantically linked to Smashing Pumpkins frontman Corgan in November, has reportedly said that she wants to take her time getting to know him.
"They are getting to know each other. He's a nice guy," People quotes a friend of Simpson as saying.
Simpson has regularly written about Corgan since they met. Another source said at the time: "She has completely fallen for Billy. She says she wants to take things a lot further."
The singer and actress split from American football star Tony Romo in July.
