The singer, who won the second season of Dancing With The Stars, confirmed to People that his wife Lea is expecting a baby boy next year.
The news was first revealed by his brother Nick Lachey, who told The Bonnie Hunt Show that he was going to "be an uncle all over again".
Drew, 33, is already father to daughter Isabella Claire who was born in 2006.
