Court 'places restraining order on Love'

The widow of Kurt Cobain lost legal control over their daughter Frances Bean yesterday. It is thought that she has now been prohibited from having any direct or indirect contact with the 17-year-old.
TMZ claims that lawyers for the guardianship went into court last Friday, where a judge created a temporary custody deal for Wendy O'Connor, Kurt's mother, and Kimberly Dawn, his sister.
A hearing to make the restraining order permanent is scheduled for January 5.
