Hudson to spend New Year's Eve alone?

Kate Hudson has apparently cancelled her New Year's Eve plans following her split from Alex Rodriguez.

The Nine star, who allegedly broke up with Rodriguez earlier this month after about seven months together, is believed to have pulled out of scheduled public appearances because the baseball player will still be attending.

A friend of Hudson told Bang Showbiz: "They were both scheduled to appear together at several bashes. Obviously that's not happening now - she cancelled!

"She cancelled everything; she's not going to Miami at all. Alex is probably still going, and no doubt will be flirting up a storm - as he usually does."

Another source said: "Kate has some trust issues with A-Rod. She doesn't know for sure if there is another woman, but there's a girl she thinks he has a crush on. She's been worrying about other women for a while and is definitely the jealous type."
