LeAnn Rimes's husband files for divorce

Rimes announced in September that the couple were planning to divorce, after rumours that she had an affair with actor Eddie Cibrian.
Los Angeles court papers show that Sheremet cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the separation, People reports.
The documents also reveal that he is asking Rimes to pay attorney fees and spousal support.
The pair married almost eight years ago in February 2002.
