Dion 'angers neighbours over water park'

Celine Dion has reportedly angered her neighbours over plans to build a water park on her $12.5 million property.

According to Contactmusic, the 41-year-old's vision includes two giant pools, several waterslides and a 'lazy river'.

A local resident told the National Enquirer: "It's totally distasteful and demeans the whole area. I don't know how she got the well permits in there either because the town is usually pretty restrictive with stuff like that."

Dion recently revealed that she is still hoping to have a second child with husband Rene Angelil.
