Parker: 'I'm failing as a working mum'

Sarah Jessica Parker has revealed that she is convinced she is "failing" as a working mother.

The Did You Hear About The Morgans? actress, who has 7-year-old son James and baby twin daughters Marion and Tabitha with husband Matthew Broderick, said that she finds it difficult to balance her career and motherhood.

"We choose to be mothers, it's complicated. It's a balancing act and I'm sure I'm failing miserably," Parker told Bang Showbiz.

"I take my son to school and I have two daughters in diapers who are drooling and teething. I just wear what's appropriate to being a mother. Sorry to disappoint you. I'm not Carrie Bradshaw.

"I've travelled a lot without my family. Of course it's horrible but I don't have a choice. It's very challenging. I've received numerous photos of the twins in their crib - doing all the things I am meant to be doing with them all day but it is the eternal conflict of every working woman."
