
Brit Award success has returned Keane's Hopes And Fears to the top of the UK album sales chart.
After the debut was named best British album at the ceremony on Tuesday, it has reclaimed the number one spot after being in eighth place last week.
The Scissor Sisters eponymous offering also received a boost from their Brits success, with their album leaping up three places to number two, while best rock act and best group Franz Ferdinand enjoyed a boost from 13 to number four.
Athlete's Tourist, last week's number one, dropped to third place.
