Doherty favourite for first 2010 drug bust

Pete Doherty has been announced as the odds-on favourite to be the first celebrity arrested on drugs charges in 2010 by Paddy Power.

The bookmaker is offering 8/11 on the Babyshambles frontman, who was yesterday charged with heroin possession, being the first high-profile star to be detained next year.

Amy Winehouse follows as second favourite at 5/1. Her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil is at 6/1.

Courtney Love is fourth at 7/1, while George Michael (14/1), Whitney Houston (18/1), Eminem (18/1) and Ozzy Osbourne (40/1) round out the rest of the rundown. Prince Harry has also been named as a 50/1 long-shot.
