Clooney denies Pitt matchmaking claims

George Clooney has denied rumours that he has been trying to set up the newly-single Brad Pitt with women.

The Perfect Storm actor has been arranging for his Hollywood pal to meet an array of beautiful women after his split from former Friends actress Jennifer Aniston, some sources have suggested.

However, speaking to the New York Post he explained: "The only woman I ever introduced to Brad is my mother."

"And watch what you write about my mother," he joked.
