Works on the Take That singer's basement extension would bring noise, disruption and additional traffic, residents fear.
The Evening Standard claims that Donald was granted permission to excavate three metres under his £3.4 million house to create a subterranean room, and to add a rear extension and roof terrace.
However, local resident Elizabeth Foxon said that comparable works are already taking their toll. "A similar large basement development is already taking place, causing a great deal of noise, heavy vehicle traffic and general disruption to the area," she said.
Donald was not available for comment.
