Gosselin lawyer: 'Hailey's going to jail'

Jon Gosselin's lawyer has revealed that he believes Gosselin's ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman is responsible for the recent break-in at the apartment they once shared.

A note allegedly signed by Glassman was found at the scene pinned to Gosselin's dresser with a butcher knife.

"Hailey Glassman is going to jail. It's a simple as that," attorney Mark Heller told Radar Online. Police are checking the letter and dresser for fingerprints, along with reviewing the building's security tape.

"The building security tape will not lie and the evidence will speak for itself," he added.

The pair shared the apartment until a week ago when Glassman moved out, having split from the reality star two months ago.
