The singer and wife Allison Bridges welcomed daughter Cheyenne Genevieve Robinson on December 26 at their home in California.
She weighed 6lbs 3oz.
A representative said: "Chris Robinson and his new wife Allison have a healthy and beautiful baby girl."
Robinson also has a 5-year-old son from his marriage to Kate Hudson.
