The director made the suggestion after Rubina Ali's house was demolished for the third time, The Sun reports.
Boyle has allegedly offered to buy Ali a £350,000 apartment, but Ali's family members have claimed that the flat is not yet ready for them to live in.
Boyle has previously been frustrated by the demands of the Jai Ho Trust, which was set up to help the film's child actors until they turn 18.
Meanwhile, reports have claimed that Ali and her co-star Azhar Ismail could lose their trust fund if they don't attend school regularly.
Ali said: "Danny Uncle told me that I would act in his next film. He has scolded me for not going to school regularly, but I am listening to him. Studies are important to me."
Ali and Ismail are currently lined up to appear alongside Anthony Hopkins in a new film.
