Madonna is suing her art consultant, Darlene Lutz, claiming that she is owed $265,000 for a painting that Lutz sold.
The Queen of Pop claims that she is owed the money due to a settlement agreement made between herself and Lutz in May last year.
Liz Rosenberg, spokeswoman for Madonna, explained, "The lawsuit is based on a breach of contract agreement."
