Palmer comforts Bingle over car theft

Lara Bingle has reportedly been comforted by actress Teresa Palmer over her recent car theft.

The 22-year-old, who is engaged to Australian cricketer Michael Clarke, had her $250,000 (£140,000) Aston Martin stolen from her Sydney home last week.

Bingle and Bedtime Stories star Palmer were spotted shopping on Bondi's Gould Street yesterday and later enjoyed lunch with another friend. The next day, the pair were seen surfing together.

Palmer, who used to date comedian Russell Brand, is reportedly now seeing stuntman Nash Edgerton.

Police have confirmed that the disappearance of Bingle's sports car is being treated as a standard theft, after rumours that friends of the model were involved surfaced.
