Casey Johnson death 'no suicide'

Suicide and foul play have been ruled out as causes of the death of Casey Johnson.

According to TMZ, the LA County Coroner's office reported that Johnson's body showed no evidence of heart disease, liver disease, kidney problems or vascular infection.

The doctor who performed the autopsy sited "no anatomical findings" and no apparent cause of passing.

Officials are awaiting a toxicology report to surmise if drugs were involved in her death. Law enforcement sources said that "an insignificant" amount of prescription medication was found in the Johnson & Johnson heiress's home when she died.
