The 7pm Project presenter, who has starred in TV shows and advertising campaigns with the schnauzer-King Charles Cavalier cross puppy, said she was "lost" without her pet when she went missing on New Year's Eve.
According to The Daily Telegraph, a woman contacted Rose via her TV network Channel 10 to inform her that she had found the missing animal.
Rose, who has previously said that anyone who meets Daisy "falls in love with her", took her to the beach for a walk to celebrate the reunion.
It is not known whether Rose offered the woman the promised reward for finding Daisy.
