The Jon & Kate Plus 8 star recently ditched her signature, spiky bob in favour of long, blonde hair extensions.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Glassman - who dated Gosselin's ex-husband Jon last year - insisted that the mother-of-eight looks better than ever.
"She's like fine wine, she gets better over time!" she joked.
"She looks so much better now than she did three or four years ago... I like it - a new her and all the power to her, I think she looks amazing."
Glassman went on to brand Gosselin a "very admirable woman" and "responsible parent", saying that she is a "great role model" for her children.
