The former X Factor contestant has been playing the lead role in a revival of the Jim Cartwright-penned musical at London's Vaudeville Theatre since last October. The production is closing at the end of this month.
Writing on her official blog, Vickers said: "Little Voice is still going amazingly, on my last month now! It's a scary but exciting feeling, I've got to enjoy every moment of it now!
"I've had a tricky couple of days lately as I've had a terrible chest infection, but I powered through - I'm a trooper!"
She added: "Anyhow, must dash, the snow is falling down and I need to make sure I get to that theatre and don't get snowed in!"
Vickers releases her debut single 'Once' on April 19 after playing her first UK tour a month earlier.
