According to People, the 23-year-old has reached a plea deal with a Los Angeles prosecutor stemming from her recent DUI arrest.
Pratt must pay a fine, attend three Alcoholics Anonymous meetings a week for eight weeks, complete a 12-week alcohol education programme and endure three years' informal probation.
DUI charges were dropped in exchange for a no contest plea to one count of misdemeanour "exhibition of speed".
According to her lawyer, Pratt was told that she did not need rehab.
"Ms Pratt voluntarily sought help from a doctor regarding substance issues but the doctor recommended that she didn't need rehab," said attorney Jon Bryant Artz.
