Chalke and fiancé Jamie Afifi welcomed new son Charlie Rhodes on Christmas Eve, reports People.
The 33-year-old announced that she was pregnant last August. The pregnancy was written into her role as Dr Elliot Reid on the current season of Scrubs.
Chalke and Afifi have been engaged since December 2006.
Former Scrubs co-star Judy Reyes welcomed a daughter in November.
