The 28-year-old appeared nude briefly in the 2007 short Hotel Chevalier, directed by Wes Anderson. However, she now plans to keep her clothes on in all of her forthcoming movies.
"I'm definitely not a prude about sex or nudity, I just don't want to do something that will end up in a screen grab on a porn site," she told Elle UK.
Portman said that she has worked to cultivate a "good girl" image after appearing in The Professional at the age of 13.
"The good girl image was something I consciously cultivated after [The Professional]. There was a lot of controversy about the whole Lolita thing. My parents were super-protective about it, but I got a lot of weird letters. It was really upsetting," she added.
Portman was recently cast in Marvel Studios' Thor.
