Sharon Murphy and Simon Monjack (Murphy's husband) found the 32-year-old unconscious in the bathroom of her LA home on December 20. They were unable to revive the Clueless star, who had suffered cardiac arrest.
"Somebody's passed out," the audibly distraught mother said on the recording, E! Online reports. "My daughter's passed out... She's 30! Please help!
"Brittany, please come back! She's dizzy, she couldn't walk right. She's had a cold."
Findings from an autopsy are being withheld pending the results of toxicology tests.
