The couple reconciled just months after their divorce last summer and are now planning to renew their commitment to each other on St Lucia.
Winehouse, 26, retreated to the island for an extended post-rehab break for Christmas in 2008.
She intends to take Fielder-Civil to the island as soon as he finishes rehab for his drug addiction next month.
A source told the Sunday Mirror: "Everything feels right with Blake now. As soon as he’s cleared to leave the country and his drug rehab is done it will happen."
