A representative for the Big & Rich musician has confirmed that he and wife Joan welcomed son Cash Rich on Sunday morning in Nashville.
The 36-year-old married former model Joan in 2008 following a five-year relationship.
No further details have been released.
Singer-songwriter Rich and bandmate Big Kenny released their first Greatest Hits album last September.
