Christina Aguilera has denounced clothing lines released by celebrities as "tacky".

Despite promoting clothes for Skechers, she finds it pathetic when stars bring out their own brands.

The Daily Star quotes her as saying: "I just think it is so tacky. I have always thought that it's one of those things that just makes people look like they don't know what to do any more."

The Dirty singer's Skechers adverts were pulled after nurses unions complained about her portrayal of 'naughty nurses' and 'battleaxe' stereotypes. The 'Naughty and Nice' campaign saw her attired in a kinky nurse's outfit and Skechers trainers preparing to be injected.
