Streep, Bullock share best actress gong

Both attended the 15th annual ceremony, held at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles on Friday.
Streep was nominated for her role in Julie & Julia, while Bullock was recognised for her part in The Blind Side.
Best film went to The Hurt Locker, with Kathryn Bigelow at its helm named as best director.
James Cameron's Avatar won five awards, being honoured for its cinematography, editing, art direction, sound and visual effects.
Best actor went to Jeff Bridges for his role in Crazy Heart, with best supporting actor and actress gongs going to Christoph Waltz for Inglourious Basterds and Mo'Nique for Precious. Tarantino's Basterds also won best original screenplay and ensemble cast.
