The 20-year-old, who has been romantically involved with singer Taylor Swift and actress Camilla Belle, has insisted that he's enjoying being single and not having to be committed to just one relationship.
Speaking to People, Jonas said: "This is the longest I've ever been single actually. I love it. I still date and things like that but just not committed, which is nice."
The singer, who recently expressed an interest in pursuing acting, has set his sights on breaking into Hollywood.
He added: "I love to make people laugh. If I can make people laugh, then I feel good.
"For me, acting is something you're able to be eclectic. That's something that I would really like to be a part of."
