Javine has been picked over Jordan in the final heat to find the UK's Eurovision entry.
The former Popstars contestant said she was "gobsmacked" after triumphing with the most votes from viewers of the BBC's Making Your Mind Up.
Other contenders included Andy Scott-Lee, male trio Tricolore and former UK Eurovision entry Gina G.
Javine will fly the flag for Britain at the contest in Kiev, Ukraine on May 21.
