The Kendra and former Girls Next Door star gave birth to son Hank Baskett IV with husband Hank Baskett on December 11.
Speaking to OK, former co-star Madison said: "I want to give him a little mohawk because he has all that fabulous hair!
"She's doing great. She's keeping on top of it. She's still able to keep up with everybody."
Madison added that Wilkinson had started filming the second season of Kendra last week and joked: "I know between that and football season and the Indianapolis Colts doing so well and the new baby that household has got to be just out of control."
Wilkinson recently suggested that she was going to hang photographs of Pink around her house as motivation to help her get back into shape.
