Jesse Metcalfe pulled a practical joke on Desperate Housewives co-star Eva Longoria for MTV show Punk'd.
Metcalfe joined the show's Ashton Kutcher for the stunt which featured on the first episode of its new series, broadcast in the US last night.
Jesse, Eva's on-screen toyboy, was driving around the streets of Los Angeles with Eva enjoying her ride as passenger when Jesse pulled over, hopped out of the car and dashed away from the vehicle amongst the wail of police sirens.
Longoria, in a state of bewilderment, was told by an actor masquerading as a policeman that Jesse was a drug dealer and had been driving her around in a stolen car.
Jesse then reappeared in handcuffs.
