Paltrow angers neighbours over fence plans?

Gwyneth Paltrow and husband Chris Martin have reportedly angered their London neighbours over plans to build a fence around their home.

The couple, who first moved into the £3.5m North London property in 2004, have apparently attracted criticism for their "over-the-top" security proposals after requesting planning permission to erect a 10-foot metal security structure.

One neighbour told The Daily Telegraph: "It's rather over-the-top. Who cares who he is? You can't get round the side of the houses and into the gardens anyway.

"Other houses in the street are as much at risk of opportunist burglaries as his is. We don't ask for huge fences between our homes."

The pair are believed to be looking to replace the smaller wooden fence that currently surrounds their home for security reasons.
