Durst sues over sex video

Fred Durst is suing ten website operators who posted a video of him having sex on the internet.

Reports originally suggested that the images were obtained by the same source who hacked Paris Hilton's T-Mobile Sidekick, though Durst claimed that it was found on his computer while it was being repaired.

The laswuit seeks over $70m (£36m) in damages along with any profits enjoyed by the websites since the clip appeared.
