According to The Sun, the 38-year-old TV star was offered the contract by Warner Brothers after they heard her perform on new ITV1 show Fantasy Lives.
During the show, Holden sings in Nashville with country music legends Kenny Rogers and Nancy Griffiths.
The Big Top actress will also learn about being a stuntwoman and a showgirl in the programme. She has apparently hinted that she would like to try out as a Playboy model if she is given a second series.
Amanda Holden's Fantasy Lives airs next Tuesday at 9pm on ITV1.
