Jackson estate 'refuses to pay Joe money'

Michael Jackson's father Joe is not receiving any funds from the late singer's estate, say reports.

TMZ claims that the popstar did not want his father to benefit from his will.

Meanwhile, lawyers are allegedly worried that Joe wants to use the money for luxury items instead of maintenance.

Legal papers are said to note that Joe was never legally dependent on his son, while his "maintenance expenses" apparently include holidays, flights, assistants and legal fees.

However, the 'Thriller' star's dad has also said that he wants the money so that he can "support his children or grandchildren".

Joe has previously lost a court bid in which he raised objections to his son's will.
