Amber Valletta 'bans son from TV'

Actress Amber Valletta has told her son that he cannot watch TV.

The Gamer star, who raises 9-year-old Auden with husband Christian McCaw, has said that she does not want her child addicted to the small screen.

In a recent interview on The Bonnie Hunt Show, Valletta cited her reasons as "because it’s so nice and quiet in our house, and I just love it".

"Besides the three dogs and my son, it’s just really peaceful," she added.

"We do DVDs and we go to the theatre and we go to movies. So I mean, he knows what’s going on in the world pretty much.

"He thinks I’m a bit strict, but yeah. He knows what’s going on."
