Michael Jackson's teenage accuser admitted to his teacher that he had never been molested by the singer.
On cross-examination by Thomas Mesereau yesterday, Gavin Arviso confessed that he had previously told a teacher that he had never been abused by Jackson. Reading from a transcipt of the interview, Mesereau quoted teacher Jeffrey Alpert as saying: "Look at me, look at me... I can't help you unless you tell me the truth - did any of this happen?"
"No," replied Arviso.
Mesereau went on to highlight disciplinary problems experienced by John Burroughs Middle School regarding the accuser. Gavin admitted that he rarely did any work and was argumentative and disrespectful towards his teachers.
