According to E! Online, the Marley & Me star has pledged the cash to Doctors Without Borders, Partners In Health and AmeriCares.
The money will reportedly fund recovery efforts following the 7.0-magnitude quake, which struck the Caribbean island on January 12.
Aniston recently participated in the Hope For Haiti Now telethon, which has raised over $57 million and dominated Friday primetime viewing.
Other stars who have pledged money to aid relief efforts include Sandra Bullock, George Clooney, Gisele Bundchen, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, and Leonardo DiCaprio.
