Justin Timberlake plans to launch his own record label.
The currently nameless label will be launched with his manager, Jonny Wright, and Timberlake is already looking to sign its first artist - a Memphis singer he has known since childhood.
The former N'Sync member is currently working on a record of his own, the follow-up to 2002's Justified.
