Westlife manager Louis Walsh is already searching for another boy-band to manage.
Walsh is apparently teaming up with singer Kian Egan to search for new talent, in preparation for a Westlife split.
An insider told The Mirror, "They're going to hunt for the best singers and performers in Ireland, England and America and launch them in about two years. The band will be a cross between Westlife and the Backstreet Boys."
Westlife recently assured fans that they have no plans to split in the immediate future.
