Former No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani has announced that she would like to work with Keane on her next album.

The singer has praised Keane's album, Hopes and Fears, which is one of the few albums that she is prepared to listen to.

"I really love the Keane record, that was the last record where I really listened to the whole thing," she told Breakingnews.ie.

Keane's pianist Tim Rice-Oxley responded by saying, "We might give it a go.

"It's funny how we've gone from a situation where no-one was remotely interested in us, and suddenly we're giant megastars with people interested in our songwriting."
