The comic, who split from Jimmy Kimmel in March after a five-year romance, has announced that she is dating Family Guy writer/producer Alec Sulkin, The Huffington Post reports.
When asked about what she looks for in a man, the 39-year-old said, "He's got to be funny."
The third season of The Sarah Silverman Programme airs on Comedy Central on February 4.
