Susan Boyle 'wants to sing for the Pope'

Susan Boyle is reportedly hoping to sing for the Pope later this year.

Simon Cowell's brother Tony claims that the Britain's Got Talent runner-up would "drop everything" to perform for the pontiff, who is allegedly planning to visit Scotland in September.

"As Scotland's first lady, she is the obvious choice," he told the Daily Record.

"It would be a dream come true for her and I know she would drop everything if she was asked to perform for the Pope."

Boyle, who still attends Mass at her local church when she is at home, has previously requested a copy of the Pope's album.
