Dannii Minogue: 'Pregnancy feels right'

Dannii Minogue has revealed that she was initially uncertain about starting a family.

In an interview with Glamour, the X Factor judge explained that her partner Kris Smith suggested having children.

"I've taken some convincing, but we've taken the leap together and it feels right," she said. "Kris is the one."

Minogue, who announced her pregnancy earlier this month, added that she is celebrating with her family.

She explained: "My brother is thrilled and my sister... Well, it's a different dynamic between sisters and you just feel like you're sharing that experience, as I'd feel if Kylie had kids first. She loves children, just adores them, so we're sharing it together."

Minogue also revealed that she is ignoring the speculation about whether or not she will return to The X Factor.

"They don't decide on the panel until April or May and they never seem to make decisions until just before we start shooting," she said. "I'd love to be involved again, but to be honest, it's the furthest thing from my mind, so who knows?"
