According to E! Online, the former American Idol star threw a party at the Mondrian ADCB bar in Hollywood on Saturday night.
Guests in attendance reportedly included his mother, ex-boyfriend Drake Labry and Lindsay Lohan, while Lohan's former girlfriend Samantha Ronson served as DJ.
Writing on his Twitter account, Lambert said: "I'd like to thank everyone for my bday gifts!! Both at my party and to all the amazing fans who sent me treats!! This was the best bday!"
Radar Online reported that more than 170 guests attended the bash, including Idol creator Simon Fuller and actress Alessandra Torresani.
Lambert recently served as fashion correspondent for Entertainment Tonight at the 52nd annual Grammy Awards.
